The location of the hotel was great! It was within walking distance of many key attractions and had plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff was also very friendly and helpful with recommendations for sightseeing. the rooms were clean and well-maintained.
The breakfast provided by the hotel was a bit disappointing. While there were a few options available, the quality of the food could have been better.

The entrance of the hotel is scarry and dificult to find. First impression is not good, as the door to enter in the hotel is a small blinded door in a old build. Rooms are ok!!

The receptionist and all of hotel's staffs are very cheerful and kind. My girlfriend forgot her iphone in the room before we checked out and she didn't notice. The girl at reception (it's very shame of me that, I didn't remember her name) called to me and informed that we forgot the phone. Thank you very much.

This hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the city, close to major attractions such as Palace Square and Nevsky Avenue. You'll enjoy spacious and clean rooms with excellent views of the surrounding areas and enjoy the friendly staff, available to help with anything from travel advice to laundry services. The buffet-style breakfast is a great value, with a variety of items to choose from.
The elevator is noisy and slightly concerning, with some guests reporting concerns about its reliability.

Great location, near Hermitage and St. Isaac's Cathedral. Helpful English-speaking staff. Convenient 24-hour eateries and shops nearby. Reasonable taxi prices. Free spring water tanks. USB TV in room.

This hotel is in a terrific location. Staff were pretty helpful, but English a challenge which can be a problem for trafeller. Communication difficulties resulted in a wake up call left with one staff did not get passed to another and I almost missed my appointment.
Breakfast were less than remarkable. I am not sure how normal this is in Russia but having travelled in other Baltic countries I ould suggest an improvement.
